The St. Clement Community Foundation (SCCF) proudly reflects on a year of meaningful service and community impact in its 2025 recap, highlighting continued support for local health care needs, education, and wellness initiatives.
Established on Dec. 1, 1996, the St. Clement Community Foundation has served the community for 29 years. This year, 2026, will mark the foundation’s 30th anniversary — a significant milestone in its longstanding commitment to improving health care access and outcomes for future generations.
Guided by its mission to support the health care needs of the total community, SCCF provides scholarships for individuals entering or continuing education in health care fields, distributes funds to enhance health care services, and implements new health and wellness programs.
