Thomas Westcott and Rebecca Cooper, of Red Bud, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Hazel Elizabeth Westcott. She was born at Mercy North in St. Louis, MO on July 23, 2024 at 9:46 a.m. She weighed 7 lbs., 8 oz. and was 20.25 inches long. She joins one sister, Olive Jane Westcott, 3.
The maternal grandparents are Rick and Carolyn Cooper of Red Bud. The paternal grandparents are Sandy and Ollney Mueller of Red Bud and Rich Westcott of Millstadt. Her paternal great-grandmother is Janet Schneider of Waterloo.
