Glenn W. Koester, 81, of Evansville, passed away at 5:43 p.m. on Sunday, May 17, 2026 at Sparta Community Hospital in Sparta. The visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, May 21 at Pechacek Funeral Home in Red Bud and from 10-11 a.m. on Friday, May 22 at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Evansville. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 22 at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church with Rev. Jonathan Winterfeldt officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
