Not much was on the agenda, but a variety of updates were given at the March 1 Randolph County Board of Commissioners meeting.
County Engineer Grant Deterding started off his report by discussing the recent snow event. While the area received more snow than expected on Feb. 16, the highway department was ready to handle it.
Aside from the snow, the highway department crews have done equipment maintenance; brush cutting on Riley Lake Road and County Road 5; replaced culverts; and added rock to the Randolph County Care Center’s parking lot.
