Red Bud Public Library’s Adult Book Club just celebrated reading their 150th book on Wednesday, Oct. 11. Pictured at the meeting for the 150th book are: in front: Bailee McCarthy and Jamie Joost; in the middle: Brenda Gilpatrick, Neva Liefer, Brenda Wehrheim and Virginia Moeller; in back: Lois Eckert, Chris Meadows, Janet Braun, Ella Hemmer, Milly Nagel, Joan Wiegand and Blenda Ingalls. The book club started in July of 2010 and original book club members present were: Gilpatrick, Wehrheim, Ingalls and Moeller. Linda Krebel is also an original book club member, but is not pictured.
