Cletus Otto Koester, 90, of Ottawa, passed away on Monday, Oct. 16, 2023 at the Illinois Veteran’s Home in LaSalle. The visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 21 at Mueller-Pagani Funeral Home in LaSalle. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 21 at the Mueller-Pagani Funeral Home. Full military rites will be conducted by the Peru Veterans Memorial Group. Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 23 at the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Hillside.
