What to do with the village’s water plant building is still a problem that the Evansville Village Board is trying to figure out.
For months they have been trying to get quotes to repair the building. But as of their June 10 meeting, Trustee Travis Hall noted despite reaching out to many people, they have only managed to get one quote.
“The problem we keep running into is getting someone here to give us numbers,” added Village President Kenny Kempfer.
