The Red Bud High School Student of the Month for October is Brenn Wilson. Wilson, center, is pictured with her nominating teachers: Brock Quigley, Brett Wilson, Dylan Brinkmann, Kellsie Roth and Sara Steppig, along with Principal Alan Guehne. They nominated Wilson for challenging herself in the classroom and always rising to the occasion. They wanted to recognize her hard work, dedication, infectious positivity and perseverance. Wilson also displayed these traits on the golf course, where she represented the Musketeers as a four-time All-Cahokia Conference athlete. Wilson received a $50 check from the Red Bud Lions for being selected as the Student of the Month.
