A Ruma man was fatally injured in a UTV accident on Sunday afternoon.
According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, on Sunday, May 4, at approximately 4:17 p.m., there was a report of a single vehicle crash involving a side-by-side UTV in the area of 1482 Carr Road, in a rural part of the county between Prairie du Rocher, Renault and Ames.
Responding were deputies from the sheriff’s office, Monroe County EMS, Prairie du Rocher Fire Department and other first responders.
Upon arrival, deputies located a 2021 Polaris Ranger XP 1000 off the roadway. The driver, and sole occupant, was identified as Randall Brunkhorst, 64, of Ruma.
