The Red Bud Fire Department is very excited to hold the 96th Annual Red Bud Firemen’s Picnic this weekend. The picnic will run three days, from Friday, June 27 through Sunday, June 29.
Friday night’s entertainment for the evening will be Shut Up Mark, who will be on stage from 8:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
Also on Friday night is the fire department’s annual bags tournament. The tournament will kick off at 6 p.m. The bags tournament is conveniently located on the picnic grounds next to the food and drink stands.
Saturday at the picnic, attendees can enjoy music by Murphy 500, who will be playing from 8:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
The annual parade, known as one of the largest in southern Illinois, will be held on Sunday, starting at 4 p.m.
