Now that the April 8 total solar eclipse is over, some people may be wondering what to do with their solar eclipse viewing glasses.
The Junior Beta Club at Red Bud Elementary School is collecting solar eclipse glasses. They are working with Astronomers Without Borders, which is a nonprofit organization that sends used solar eclipse glasses to educators and students who may not otherwise have a safe way to view an eclipse directly.
