Recently, Red Bud Industries said goodbye to two longtime employees, Gene Buch and Terry Oettle.
Oettle retired on Jan. 30. He started at RBI in August 2010. Oettle was a mainstay in the building maintenance and janitorial departments, performing a wide range of responsibilities essential to daily operations. Much of his work took place behind the scenes, ensuring the facility remained clean, organized, and running efficiently which was essential to put the company and its team members in the best position to succeed.
Buch retired on April 10. He began at RBI in April 2008. When he started at RBI, he was in the paint and deburr department. He then moved to the shipping department for 14 years and was instrumental in the success and growth of the shipping department.
