The Red Bud Musketeer basketball season came to an end this week. After months of hard work and solid play, it all came down to one more game against a fantastic Wesclin Warriors team.
The energy was palpable in the stands when the two teams took the floor. The game looked like an even match in the beginning as both teams struggled to score for nearly three minutes before Wesclin was able to score inside. Red Bud senior Chase Lucht went to the paint and scored to tie it up, but Wesclin followed with a three pointer, a theme that would be all too common throughout the night.
