CITIZEN OF THE YEAR–Last Saturday, Evansville Village President Kenny Kempfer, at left, presented Mark McConachie with the 2023 Evansville Citizen of the Year award.
It’s been several years since the Village of Evansville has honored a Citizen of the Year, but the honor came back and was awarded to a deserving resident once again during the Evansville Fire Department’s Road Rally event on Saturday, Aug. 12.
Fire Chief Mike Hanna and Village President Kenny Kempfer thanked all for coming out and supporting the fire department by attending the rally.
