Laurie Wright was named the area’s Teacher of the Month for May by Connor Guebert of Edward Jones Investments in Red Bud, sponsor of the program.
Wright holds a masters degree in math and science. She has taught for 23 years, all of which she has been the kindergarten teacher at Prairie du Rocher School.
