On the afternoon of Aug. 23, Red Bud School Superintendent Jonathan Tallman reported to district parents that an incident had taken place at the high school.
He noted that afternoon, Principal Alan Guehne had reasonable suspicion to search a student’s vehicle parked in the school’s parking lot. Found in the vehicle was “a significant amount of drugs, as well as an unloaded .22 rifle.”
