Heather Marie Althoff, 43, of Fenton, Missouri, passed away at 8:15 a.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at her residence. The visitation will be from 3-7 p.m. on Friday, July 10 at Pechacek Funeral Homes in Red Bud. The memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, July 10 at Pechacek Funeral Homes with Pastor Darwin Karsten officiating.
