On Thursday, Nov. 7, the Illinois Association for Home and Community Education (IAHCE) District 4 held their mini district meeting at the Pinckneyville Community Center.
Carol Harms, District 4 director, conducted the meeting with state board members Becky Belcher, cultural arts director, and Janel Kassing, international director, in attendance and commenting on their state offices.
In addition to Kassing and Harms, also attending from Randolph County, were: Vickie Heller and Charlene Woods.
