A special presentation was made on the evening of Saturday, Jan. 17 between the Red Bud High School junior varsity and varsity boys basketball games against Freeburg.
Steve Kueker was surprised with the Illinois Athletic Directors Association’s Friends of Athletics Award.
It was noted in the presentation, “Tonight we are proud to recognize someone who truly represents what it means to be a friend of athletics.
“The Illinois Athletic Directors Association is please to present the Friends of Athletics Award to Steve Kueker in appreciation of his dedication given to athletics at Red Bud High School.”
