On Aug. 25, Red Bud High School’s auxiliary gym was renamed the Sandy Griffin Gymnasium at a dedication ceremony held at the volleyball home opener. Griffin coached from 1973-2002, making an impact over the course of 29 years. She was presented with a commemorative volleyball and a sign that will hang in the auxiliary gym. In April, Griffin was honored as the first inductee into the Red Bud Musketeer Boosters Association Hall of Fame. Pictured with Griffin is Head Coach Erin Legendre.
