Darlene M. (Wolter) Bicklein, 83, of Waterloo, passed away Feb. 12, 2023, in Waterloo. The visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 15 at Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo and from 9 a.m. until the time of service on Thursday, Feb. 15 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Waterloo. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 16 at Immanuel Lutheran Church with Pastor Merritt Demski officiating. Burial will be at Deer Hill Cemetery in Waterloo.
