It was mostly just updates for the Randolph County Board of Commissioners at their brief meeting on Dec. 8.
County Engineer Grant Deterding presented the commissioners with two engineering agreements. Both deal with the replacement of a box culvert with a bridge on Murphysboro Road in Road District 2.
The first is for $46,782 with Thouvenot, Wade & Moerchen, Inc. for hydraulic and structural engineering. The other is for $6,060 with Holcomb Foundation Engineering for soil borings and analysis.
