Charles Arthur Allen, 11, of Waterloo, passed away on Dec. 18, 2025. A visitation be held from 4-7 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 22 at Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo, with a prayer service at 7 p.m., officiated by Pastor Josh Boyer. Another visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 26 at Hansen-Spear Funeral Home in Quincy. Prayers will be held at 9:15 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 27 at Hansen-Spear Funeral Home. The funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 27 at St. Francis Solanus Catholic Church in Quincy. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Quincy. Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo is in charge of arrangements.
