Yavon Lucille Trotter, 85, of Valmeyer, peacefully passed on Friday, Jan. 3, 2025 at Three Springs Senior Living and Rehabilitation in Chester. Visitation will be held on Thursday, Jan. 9 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Pechacek Funeral Homes in Chester. The funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Dan Ahlenius officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Ava.
