William “Bill” John Cowell, 79, of Waterloo, passed away on Monday, Sept. 12, 2022 at Oak Hill Care Center in Waterloo. The visitation will be from 9-11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 17 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Red Bud. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday Sept. 17 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Red Bud with Father Dennis Schaefer officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery. Leesman Funeral Home in Red Bud is in charge of arrangements.
