William “Bill” Allen Heizer, 76, of Waterloo, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2026, at his home surrounded by his family. The visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 16 at Pechacek Funeral Homes in Red Bud and from 10-11 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 17 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Waterloo. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 17 at Immanuel Lutheran Church with Rev. Benjamin Hayter officiating. Burial will held at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 17 at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri.
