On Dec. 31, Ed Weilbacher retired as the general manager of the Kaskaskia Regional Port District.
Prior to this retirement, he took a moment to sit down with the North County News to reflect on his 14 years in the position.
“Red Bud has been really good to me,” he shared. “Everyone has been open, outgoing and cooperative. And all of the (KRPD) tenants have been good. It’s been a rewarding career.”
