Walter Allen Rainey, 71, of Chester, passed away at 1:22 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 5, 2025, at Memorial Hospital in Chester. A Celebration of Life gathering will take place on Sunday, Oct. 19 at Mary’s residence. Pechacek Funeral Homes in Chester is in charge of arrangements.
