Red Bud School District 132 held their annual Veterans Day assembly, which is open to the public, in the Red Bud High School gym on the morning of Friday, Nov. 7.
Elementary Principal Mitch North welcomed all in attendance and recognized veterans in attendance. He also thanked all the students and teachers who put the annual program together.
While 2026 will mark the 250th birthday of our nation, he pointed out, “This year marks the 250th anniversary of the birth of our military.”
