It was a short meeting for the Evansville Village Board on Monday night, with much of the discussion focusing on updates, upcoming events and campers.
Back at their June meeting, the board had discussion on if they should get a (smart) cell phone to be used for security cameras at the new veterans memorial park.
At the time, Village Clerk Bethany Wunderlich noted that the cameras they want to install have to have an app installed. So instead of one individual having this app on their personal phone, it was suggested to just get a village phone to be used specifically for that camera.
