A pair of presentations was the biggest part of the Aug. 18 Red Bud Board of Education meeting.
The first was given by a group of students that had attended the Cebrin Goodman Teen Institute summer youth leadership conference held in July at Eastern Illinois University.
Participating were: seventh grader Corbyn Legendre; eighth graders Talia Carter and Lilly Minemann; freshman Emma Carter; sophomores Emme Deterding and Trent Sternberg; and juniors Jack Candler and Nolan Mudd.
