
PREVENTION ADVOCATE OF THE YEAR–Dennis Trask, the youth prevention coordinator for the Healthy Communities Alliance and ComWell, was recently recognized as one of two national prevention advocates of the year. Dennis Trask was recently named one of two national prevention advocates of the year by the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA) at their annual national leadership forum in Washington DC.
CADCA represents over 5,000 coalitions and works to prevent drug misuse in the United States and around the world.
Trask serves is a staff member for Healthy Communities Alliance, (HCA). HCA is a local community coalition working in Randolph and Washington Counties to prevent drug misuse, promote recovery and provide support to people in need. ComWell is the fiscal agent for HCA where Trask serves as a youth prevention coordinator.
