On Tuesday, Feb. 4, Red Bud traveled the short distance to Waterloo, in a Route 3 matchup. The Bulldogs had an impressive 17-8 record coming into the game and would be a tall task for the Musketeers. Right from the starting jump ball, the Musketeers would see the skill and height of the Bulldogs come into play. Red Bud could not handle the pressure and when Waterloo forced turnovers, they cashed them out with open layups. Red Bud was down early 27-8, and Waterloo never looked back, out scoring the Musketeers in every quarter of play. The final score was 80-40. Sophomore Landon Ruebusch led the Musketeers with 8 points.
