On Tuesday, April 1, Tom Caverly retired after putting in 17 years of service to the City of Red Bud.

Caverly was the city’s electric leadman.

At the luncheon for Caverly’s retirement, City Superintendent Josh Eckart thanked him for his service, adding that Caverly has been more dedicated to the city than some who have lived their whole lives here, and that Caverly’s work ethic was a testament to how much he cares about the city.
