This week, Cooper Wingerter was named the Red Bud Waverunners Swimmer of the Week and Violet Candrl was the Most Improved Swimmer.
Wingerter, 12, is the son of Lauriel Wingerter. This is his fifth year as a Waverunner.
His favorite stroke is the freestyle. In addition to swimming, Wingerter enjoys football, wrestling and fishing.
Candrl, 10, is the daughter of Greg and Jennifer Candrl. This is her second year as a Waverunner (but fifth year swimming).
Her favorite stroke is the breaststroke. In addition to swimming, Candrl enjoys playing piano, soccer, art and traveling to national parks.
