Sr. Florence (Bernarda) Korte, ASC, 92, of the Adorers of the Blood of Christ, passed away at 4:22 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 2, 2022 at the Memorial Hospital in Belleville. The visitation will be held from 12:30 – 2 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 12 with the blessing of cremated remains and sharing of memories will begining at 1 p.m. at Benedictine Living Community at the Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows in Belleville. The memorial Mass will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 12 at Benedictine Living Community at the Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows. Immediately following Mass, the funeral procession will travel to the Convent Cemetery in Ruma for burial. Pechacek Funeral Homes in Red Bud is in charge of arrangements.
