Ruth A. Gallagher, 82, of Prairie du Rocher, passed away at 10:58 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 10, 2025, at Bradford Place in Swansea. The visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 13 at Pechacek Funeral Homes in Red Bud, and from 9-10 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 14 at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church in Renault. The funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 14 at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church with Fr. John Kizhakedan and Msgr. Daniel J. Jurek officiating. Burial will be at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Renault.
