With another appointment at their Nov. 8 meeting, hopefully the Evansville Village Board will be set for awhile on who the village trustees are. This was the sixth appointment that Village President Kenny Kempfer has made since taking office in May of this year.
At the meeting, the board formally accepted the resignation of Justen Kempfer, who had served the village as a trustee since 2015.
Kenny Kempfer then appointed Kenneth Rhyne to the position.
