A Red Bud man was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of child sexual abuse materials (child pornography).
Stanford J. Kipping, 38, of Red Bud, was arrested May 1 by the Red Bud Police on a Randolph County warrant. He was transported to the Randolph County Jail.
A detention hearing for Kipping was held on the morning of May 5.
