This week, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office, in partnership with the OPS Network and the National Public Safety Alliance for Individuals with Disabilities, was proud to announce the launch of its local Public Safety AID Program.
This is a free, voluntary program that is designed to help law enforcement officers and first responders better assist individuals with disabilities during emergencies or interactions with law enforcement.
For more on the program, please see this week’s print edition.
