It may have been slightly chilly on Nov. 26, but thankfully there was no rain or snow, so the holiday festivities in Red Bud were well attended that night.
More than 20 floats were entered in this year’s lighted parade. Winning the honor of the best float this year was the one entered by DaVita. Second place went to Red Bud Industries’ float.
Following the parade, people gathered around the community tree located in Santa’s Village (the Red Bud City Hall park) to watch Santa light the tree.
