Patricia M. Underwood, 82, of Red Bud, passed away at 7:57 p.m. on Sunday, May 11, 2025 at Landsowne Village in St. Louis, Missouri. It was Patricia’s wish to be cremated. A graveside service will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO at a later date. Pechacek Funeral Home in Red Bud is in charge of arrangements.
