The Village of Prairie du Rocher is coordinating a neighborhood watch program for the community.
All in the community are invited to join in on a meeting to be held Thursday, June 17 at 6 p.m. at the American Legion Hall with Randolph County Chief Deputy Jarrod Peters and others providing information and answering questions.
They will discuss what to look for; what evidence can be used that will hold up in court and secure arrests such as pictures/video/surveillance video, etc.; what to report and what not to report; and how to report anonymously.
“Imagine the difference it could make if we have a network of concerned citizens across the village reporting known violations. This is your chance to make a difference.”
