Lois Ann (Kohler) Papenberg, 83, of Hecker, passed away Dec. 25, 2023 at the de Greeff Hospice House in St. Louis, Missouri. The visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 27 at Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo and from 8:30 a.m. until time of service on Thursday, Dec. 28 at St. Augustine of Canterbury Church in Hecker. The funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 28 at St. Augustine of Canterbury Church with Father Von Deeke officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
