LaVerne R. (Kolmer) Proctor, 96, of Prairie du Rocher, passed away Dec. 18, 2022, in St. Louis, Missouri. The visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 22 and from 8 to 9:30 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 23 at Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 23 at SS Peter & Paul Church in Waterloo with Father Linus Umoren C.M. officiating. There will be a private burial near the Centennial Proctor Farm in Monroe County.
