Keith Richard Harms, 49, of Belleville, passed away Thursday, Sept. 21, 2023 at BJC Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. The visitation will be held at Heil-Schuessler & Sinn Funeral Home in Sparta, on Saturday, Sept. 30 from 12-1 p.m. Memorial services will begin at 1 p.m. with Kenny Vosholler officiating.
