John “Jackie” Lee Laurent, 85, of Prairie du Rocher, passed away at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 5, 2024 at his residence. The visitation will be from 9-11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 24 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Prairie du Rocher. The memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 24 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Fr. Sebastian Ukoh and Msgr. Daniel Jurek officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery. Pechacek Funeral Homes in Red Bud is in charge of arrangements.
