JoAnn Opal (Steinsieck) Yarbrough, 86, of Red Bud, was joyfully welcomed to her heavenly home on May 11, 2024, in St. Louis, Missouri. Graveside service and burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 6, at Waterloo City Cemetery in Waterloo. Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo is in charge of arrangements.
