The Red Bud Chamber of Commerce’s Business of the Month for August is Hospice of Southern Illinois.
Founded in 1981, Hospice of Southern Illinois is a local, not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing compassionate care for patients and families facing terminal illness. Their mission focuses on enhancing quality of life through expert symptom management, emotional support, and spiritual care.
They are proud to have Dr. Amy Rohlfing as their full time medical director. This physician, along with a team of pharmacists, nurse practitioners, nurses, hospice aides, social workers, bereavement counselors and volunteers, works together to provide individualized care and surround each patient and family with support.
