The Red Bud High School football team held its annaul maroon and white scrimmage and Muskets mini clinic on Aug. 19. Pictured is varsity player Dylan Minemann with a Muskets player during the clinic. The varsity team will kick off the home opener this Friday against Pinckneyville. It is also the Touchdown for Heroes game honoring those who serve. There will be free admission for all military and first responders. The football team will also be selling tickets to win an Ultra Play picnic table with proceeds benefitting the Red Bud Fire Department. Kickoff is 7 p.m.
